My philosophy entails a strengths-based approach, where I believe you are the expert of your life and have what you need inside you to heal. Our work together is a collaborate experience to help you access your inner resources to heal and grow. My goal is to provide a comfortable and non-judgmental atmosphere to assist you in working towards your best possible self. I work with a variety of clients. Areas of focus can include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, PTSD, anger management, and stress management. I use various therapeutic strategies tailored to assist with your specific needs. I have specialized training in mindfulness, Dialectical behavioral therapy, and Cognitive behavioral therapy. These approaches not only focus on the connection between mind, body, and spirit but also thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
