Elizabeth Dvorak, NCC
My goal as an outpatient counselor at Phoenix Counseling Services, LLC is to provide a safe space of healing, affirmation, and support. Taking the first step to ask for support can be scary, and the road to healing is often unclear and non-linear. I believe the counseling experience to be a collaborative experience in which I will meet you where you are at and I will work alongside of you to identify what it is you would like to change. Although we often resist change, we deserve a space free of judgement to process change.
Emily Short Steiner, LMFT
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I believe that our challenges and strengths emerge from a combination of our personality, biology, family upbringing, environment, stage of life, and current relationships. My goal as a therapist is to help individuals, couples, and families make sense of these influences and understand the context that affects them. My second goal is to support my clients in making the changes they want within this context. I collaborate with my clients to find what works for them in therapy be it validation, challenge, comfort, support, guidance, or a good laugh.
Kate Howe, LCSW
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with eight years of experience in the human services field, thus far. I began my work as a TSS after graduating from Shippensburg University with my Bachelors of Social Work.

I work with children and adults of any age, gender, ethnicity, and sexual orientation. Together we may address a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationships, grief and loss, career or work related challenges, and self-esteem issues.
Brittany Flood, ATR-BC, LPC
I use a child-centered therapy approach in the outpatient setting and facilitated individual, group, and family sessions in the residential setting. I enjoy working with people of all ages through a person-centered approach where I can meet the person where they are and support their abilities to make decisions for their own life.
