Therapy Practice
Hello and welcome! I am so excited to begin working with all who need guidance through their journey. As a master’s level intern, I have been developing my therapeutic style around mind-body connection and energy healing. The holistic, mindful, and existential approach are at the core of my therapeutic process. I believe that we all have the ability to live fulfilling and positive lives – sometimes we just get stuck along the way and life circumstances can hinder our growth.
By focusing on the energy within our environments, strengthening self-awareness, and building confidence, it can lead to real change in one’s life. It is my goal to help clients realize their potential, empower them to work through challenges, and work alongside them to create inner peace; while also being committed to creating a non-judgmental and safe space where clients can feel seen and heard.

Self-Care
In order to care for myself I enjoy practicing yoga, dance, and meditation. I am also a lover of art and will paint or draw when I find inspiration. When I can, I also travel as often as possible to my favorite destinations – such as Germany. In my free time I often have fun with my friends and family or relax with a good TV show/movie while I snuggle up with my cats.
