Therapy Practice
Hello! It is my hope to provide all clients with a safe, non-judgmental place to develop and learn. I want to become a resource for you to use as you navigate life’s hardships. Most of all, though, I want to be a welcoming and inviting person that you turn to in times of need. I have four years’ experience working with college-aged individuals during my time at Wilson. I briefly worked at an inpatient drug treatment center. I have been at Phoenix as an intern since January, and in that time, I have seen a wide variety of clients, primarily younger kids and older adults.

Self-Care
In my free time, I am an avid reader (I am always looking for more recommendations!) I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family when I can. In addition to my husband, I live with our three dogs: Elvis, Bernard, and Oklahoma. Now that I have successfully completed my internships and only have one semester of school remaining, much of my attention is shifting to counseling and supporting my clients here at Phoenix.
