Therapy Practice
Welcome to Phoenix Counseling Services! I believe that change and healing begin by providing a non-judgmental space that a client can feel seen and heard. I believe that the people around us shape our experience and are an important aspect in our development. My goal is to meet the client where they are at in their journey and create growth together. I take a person-centered approach to the counseling process and believe that clients have the ability to create their desired change. I hope to create meaningful therapeutic relationships that are beneficial for growth and support. I have prior experience working in mental health services with young adults to older adults in a group home setting. In this setting, I developed skills in goal-planning by using a solution-focused approach. In the last year, I gained experience learning to work with younger children.

Self-Care
Each day, I take care of myself by journaling and surrounding myself with people who bring me joy and support. One of my favorite support systems is my cat, Leo! He is a very large grey cat who takes up all of my personal space. However, I would not trade him for the world since he is always there to listen when I need it! In the warmer months, I enjoy activities like swimming and traveling. When the colder months arrive, I enjoy a warm blanket and watching TV shows or movies. I also enjoy cooking new recipes and visiting my friends!
