Therapy Practice
Life can be overwhelming. As a counselor, I help clients explore topics like anxiety, grief, life transitions, and identity through an existential lens. I work with you to explore your life’s challenges and help you navigate them. Everyone is unique, so I tailor my approach and technique to each client.
Generally, I try to focus on staying present with clients as we explore whatever situation they may be dealing with. I believe that when provided a safe, supportive environment, clients will naturally choose to grow. One of the most important parts of my work is helping clients to establish a stable, grounded foundation to grow off of. From there, we can explore how you want to proceed.
