Therapy Practice
Welcome to Phoenix Counseling! I am so excited to begin working with you! I believe everyone holds the power within themselves to heal and make the changes they desire! By providing an environment for clients to authentically be themselves, feel safe, respected, heard, and valued, I believe these changes and healing processes will be able to take place. I use a person-centered approach where I place the client as the expert of their lives, and help guide them through their healing journey. I am excited to begin this journey with you as you navigate your path to becoming your best self!

Self-Care
To take care of myself, I enjoy reading, playing video games, and going to the gym! I also enjoy activities that allow me to be creative and spend time outside. In my free time, I love to spend time with my dog Parker! He’s a cocker spaniel who loves to cuddle, go for walks, and spend time outside watching birds!
