Therapy Practice
Hi, I’m Courtney (she/her), a counseling intern pursuing my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. This is a space to slow down, explore, and work on what’s important to you. Therapy with me is a partnership where you bring your story, and I bring support, guidance, and tools to help you navigate what you’re facing.
I take a person-centered approach. That means I walk alongside you as you explore your experiences, process what’s happened, and figure out what feels helpful in your life. I want this to be a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to go at your own pace. Healing doesn’t have to look a certain way, and together we’ll figure out what growth means for you.

Self-Care
I take care of myself by doing things that help me feel grounded and recharged. I love moving my body and painting or creating art is a big part of how I reset. I also value time with people I trust and quiet moments to reflect and just be.
