Therapy Practice
Hi! My name is Alli, and I am so happy that you are here! I am so excited to be learning and growing alongside such talented counselors! I believe that change happens within the individual and that the client will guide the session. I take a person-centered approach when I am working with clients. I often times like to pair that approach with Behavioral Therapies and Trauma Informed Care. As a counselor, I want to make sure that my clients are able to thrive and grow in a positive environment.

Self-Care
Whenever I am not helping my clients, I am a dance teacher! Dancing has been a stress reliever for me since I was in Elementary school, and it has been something that I value. I also love to hang out with my dog, Omega, and take her for walks! Also, spending time with family and friends helps to recharge me!
