Self-Care
I spend most of my free time with my loved ones and my dog! I really enjoy working out and moving my body in any way, whether I am at the gym, doing yoga, or going on a walk. Exercise and movement have always been a great way for me to relieve stress and keep my mind at ease. I’m also almost always listening to my favorite true crime podcast whenever I get the chance!
